The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.
If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
All the information is used to communicate with you to provide you with updates and other information relating to the event, website, and for marketing and sales purposes. The data is not shared with third parties.
We keep stallholders contact details on our database in relation to the events they have booked for. We do not keep bank details of stallholders on our database, but for financial reasons we have records of what a person/business has paid or been refunded in relation to stall spaces and the Directory. Any paper copies of forms and emails from stallholders are destroyed (unless necessary for on-going bookings/legal reasons)
Website and socila media accounts:
An image of a stallholders’ work and brief description are added to our website and/or social media accounts for each event – we only put on contact details such as telephone numbers and emails if given permission.
