You'll receive confirmation if your application has been approved

On acceptance, we will send an invoice for £20, payable within 7 days to secure the booking

You'll receive a digital welcome pack to help you prepare for the event

Start planning: from working on your products to spreading the word about your business and the fair

On the day, set up your stall and start selling to real customers
What can I sell?

Own products and ideas will be prioritised over businesses selling second-hand items and reselling purchased inventory.

Businesses, who are creating new products from second-hand items, will be considered as new business ideas.

We won't accept selling hot food, due to requiring a food hygiene certificate.
What is the fee to participate?
£20 from all accepted businesses.
What is the cancellation policy?
Any cancellation within 14 days before the event won’t be refunded
Can I participate with my friends?
We accept up to 2 participants per business
What if there are two similar businesses at the event?

No problem! Healthy competition is always good for business.

We will let later entries know if another similar business has already been approved.
Can my parents help?

We expect parents' support, especially for younger entrepreneurs, but their involvement needs to be limited.

Participants are expected to manage setup, engage with customers, and handle sales.
